Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Sedalia, MO is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair CNC machinery, robotics, and related equipment. You will perform preventative and predictive maintenance, analyze downtime causes, and document activities in the CMMS system to maximize uptime.

The role requires strong diagnostic abilities across electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, plus the ability to read complex schematics and operate safely in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of CNC maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and repair techniques across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines, manual equipment, machining centers, and robotics.
• Install and maintain machine tool equipment and control systems.
• Diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software-related issues.
• Interpret mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic schematics and technical documentation.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance; update CMMS records.
• Respond promptly to machine-down situations to minimize downtime.
