PEKO Precision Products, Inc. is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician in Rochester, NY. The role supports maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various CNC manufacturing machines to ensure continuous production and quality.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform scheduled maintenance, and collaborate with the Technical Manager to address recurring equipment problems. This full-time role offers competitive rewards within a debt-free, private manufacturing company with

Competenze

Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years in mechanical/electrical repair of machines.
Knowledge of FANUC and/or Mazak controls.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.

Mansioni

Analyzes mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and plans corrective action.
Performs scheduled maintenance and inspection of assigned equipment, and completes maintenance logs.
Clears jams and tests equipment after repairs or changeovers; inspect and rework as needed.
Examines defects and out-of-spec product and takes corrective action on equipment.
Notifies management of recurring issues with equipment or operation when necessary.
Assists with other duties as assigned by the Manager.
