Summary:

Are you a skilled and dedicated Maintenance technician with expertise in maintaining CNC machinery equipped with Mitsubishi and Fanuc controls? Pioneer is seeking a reliable and experienced CNC Maintenance technician to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of CNC machines with Mitsubishi and Fanuc controls, including lathes, horizontal mills, and vertical mills.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, with a focus on control system interactions.
3. Repair and replace faulty components to minimize downtime.
4. Conduct regular inspections and identify potential problems proactively.
5. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
6. Collaborate with production teams to ensure optimal machine performance.
7. Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a maintenance technician, specifically with CNC machinery utilizing Mitsubishi and Fanuc controls.
2. In-depth understanding of Mitsubishi and Fanuc control systems including troubleshooting and basic programming knowledge.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints, including control system diagrams.
4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly related to control system integration.
5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
6. Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance.
7. Proficiency with E&I and programmable logic controllers.
8. Skilled in calibration, schematics, and precision measuring instruments.
9. Experience with sensors and electrical systems, including high and low voltage.
10. Knowledge of hydraulics and field service practices.
11. Customer service skills and ability to work with distributed control systems.

Environment:

In this position, the employee will work in a combination office/plant environment and may be exposed to airborne particles and moving mechanical parts. The noise level can be loud, so hearing protection is provided and mandatory in certain areas.
