Job summary

Gibbs Die Casting Corp. is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to keep COMAC equipment and production running on the 3rd shift. You will troubleshoot, repair, and improve production machinery to deliver quality parts daily.

You will perform preventive maintenance, coordinate with production to minimize downtime, and document activities while adhering to safety protocols. This role offers growth, overtime, and a hands-on team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or willingness to complete.
• At least six months of related maintenance experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Electrical training, Lockout/Tagout, Fork Truck, Aerial Lift, Arc Flash, and PLC experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to working assigned shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep production equipment in top working order through preventive maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvements.
• Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Complete all preventive maintenance (PM) tasks per department specifications.
• Communicate effectively with your team and leaders about issues, priorities, and solutions.
• Accurately record maintenance activities and parts used in MP2.
• Conduct torque and leak verification tests as required.
• Maintain safety standards and proper use of PPE at all times.
• Support a culture of reliability, teamwork, and respect across all departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.
