Responsibilities:

• Install, level, and align CNC machines
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Rebuild machine components with precision
• Train other technicians as needed
• Maintain detailed service records and clean workspaces
• Be a professional, solution-focused brand ambassador at every job site

Requirements:

• 3+ years of CNC machine tool field service experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints and use diagnostic/test equipment
• Basic computer proficiency (email, documentation, reporting)
• Solid communication and customer service mindset
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
