Job summary

Omega Morgan seeks a dependable CNC Machine Technician to install, align, calibrate, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair CNC machinery and related systems across shop and client sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years with CNC maintenance or machining, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or with a team in fast-paced environments. Travel and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CNC maintenance, machining, or CNC service.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel occasionally and read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, maintain, repair CNC equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctions and take corrective action.
• Document work and maintain records.
• Assist with service bids and capital projects.
• Support CNC machine tool installations at sites.
• Provide on-site technical instruction to clients.
• Read blueprints, drawings, specs, and sample parts.
• Plan work using drawings and instructions.
• Move between projects with minimal supervision.
