The successful candidate will read and interpret technical blueprints, collaborate with AM Engineers, and perform quality checks. With over 5 years of experience as a MasterCam CNC Machinist, you will demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

This role requires the ability to work independently and meet deadlines, along with the capability to lift up to 150 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years previous experience as a MasterCam CNC Machinist.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be a US Citizen or permitted to work in the US.

CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist to operate and maintain CNC equipment in an additive manufacturing environment. In the position of CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical blueprints, collaborating with AM Engineers, operating MasterCam CNC Lathe and 3, 4, & 5 Axis CNC Mill, adjusting the machine cutting paths, and performing quality checks on the final product. You will also be required to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues that arise during the manufacturing process. To ensure success as a CNC Machinist, you should have extensive experience working in manufacturing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision. CNC Machinist Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
• Loading AM materials into the CNC machine.
• Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
• Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.
• Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.
• Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.
• Cleaning and maintaining the machine.
• Training co-workers on machine operation procedures, as needed.

CNC Machinist Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
