CMI Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for the weekend shift (Friday–Sunday). This role involves reading blueprints, setting up CNC lathes and mills, loading programs, and performing in-process inspection to ensure quality. U.S.

Positions open: CNC Lathes CNC Mills 5 Axis + Machinist
Must be able to stand for the majority of the work shift, reach overhead, and bend to the floor. – exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or exert 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or – exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Ability to detect surface defects, tool wear, or measurement deviations - good near vision for reading drawings, measurements, and digital readouts, and computer screens
Must tolerate exposure to machining dust, oils, and moderate noise levels in a manufacturing environment
