Job summary

Magna Machine Co. is actively hiring for CNC Machinists to operate and set up tools on large parts across first and second shifts. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of job shop experience and proficiency with Heidenhain, Fanuc, or Siemens controls.

Own tools are required, and a strong work ethic with teamwork is essential. We offer a 25% shift pay differential for both shifts, background checks and drug screening as part of our hiring process, and a commitment to quality workmanship and on-time

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC Machining job shop experience required.
• Experience operating Heidenhain, Fanuc or Siemens controls.
• Experience with machining large parts and heavy workloads.
• Must have a strong work ethic and be a team player.
• Must have your own tools.
• Born in US, or INS certificate of naturalization required.

Responsibilities

• Machining parts to meet customer specifications with high quality and on-time delivery.
• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines to produce parts per drawings.
• Maintain tooling, inspect parts, and document production activity; adhere to safety rules.

• Machining parts of various materials to meet customer requirements to include high quality workmanship and on time completion of work
• We are hiring for 1st shift and 2nd shift (comes with a 25% shift pay differential)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Stoop/bend/kneel/crouch/balance/climb on an occasional basis
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Heavy work, lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on a rare basis

Requirements

5+ years of CNC Machining job shop experience

• Heidenhain, Fanuc or Siemens controls experience required
• Experienced with machining large parts
