Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Pay: $25.25/hr. – $28.40/hr. DOE

Shift Premium: $1.50/hr.

Responsibilities:
  • Set-up and operate CNC Vertical Mills
  • Operate multiple machines simultaneously
  • Make necessary machine adjustments
  • Maintain quality and efficiency
  • Use precision measuring instruments to inspect parts
  • Follow safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Support quality and compliance procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of CNC Milling/Lathing experience
  • Strong math skills, preferably in shop math
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in an environment with oil, coolant, and chips
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Preferred Skills:
  • Technical degree
