Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $25.25/hr. – $28.40/hr. DOE

Responsibilities include:

1. Set-up and operate CNC Vertical Mills.
2. Operate multiple machines simultaneously.
3. Make machine adjustments as needed.
4. Maintain quality and efficiency.
5. Use precision measuring instruments to inspect and ensure close tolerances.
6. Follow safety regulations.
7. Maintain housekeeping and organization.
8. Follow 5S, lean manufacturing, and ISO standards.
9. Support quality and compliance with procedures and work instructions.
10. Perform other duties as needed.

Required skills and experience:

1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. 3-5 years of CNC Milling/Lathing experience.
3. Strong math skills, preferably in machine/shop math.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
5. Troubleshooting skills.
6. Attention to detail.
7. Ability to work in environments with oil, coolant, and chips.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Preferred: Technical degree.
