Job summary
D&S MACHINE WORKS INC seeks an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC vertical milling centers. You will work extensively with 4th-axis rotary tables to produce high-precision components.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of CNC vertical mill experience, familiarity with Fanuc controls, and the ability to read drawings and perform precise inspections with basic tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of CNC Vertical Mill experience.
- Must have CNC Mill Machinist experience with Fanuc controls.
- Able to perform setups and edits.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC vertical mills.
- Work with 4th-axis rotary tables to index parts.
- Produce high-precision components to print.
- Perform tool changes, edits, and offsets as needed.
- Read drawings and use precision measuring devices for inspection.

CNC Vertical Mill Machinist / 4th Axis
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC vertical machining centers. You will work extensively with 4th-axis rotary tables to produce high-precision components.
- 5+ years of Experience in CNC Vertical Mill
- Must have experience as a CNC Mill Machinist with Fanuc Controls
- Perform setups and edits
- Experience using precision measuring devices
- Own your own tools and basic inspection equipment
- Must be able to read and understand drawings
- Previous experience in a job shop environment
- Work with or without Supervision
- Overtime Required
- Competitive hourly pay
