About Us

Visioneering, Inc., established in 1953, provides high-quality conceptual design, engineering, and tooling for the Aerospace industry. We offer integrated program management, design, engineering, NC machining, and manufacturing, meeting stringent AS9100 standards. Learn more via our Company Video.

Daily Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines with precision, interpret blueprints and technical drawings, and produce high-quality aerospace components. Collaborate with senior machinists to ensure quality standards, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment. The schedule is night shifts, Sunday to Thursday from 6 PM to 4:45 AM, with additional hours on Saturday from 6 PM to 12 AM.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong foundation in machining principles and CNC operations
• Proficiency in machining custom tools and operating advanced machinery
• Experience with setup procedures and tool changes
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Own tools such as indicators, edge finders, calipers, micrometers, etc.
• U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status (no sponsorship)
