15% Shift Premium

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple machines at same time
• Operate CNC machines and run proficiently
• Oversee set up and tool changes of CNC lathes and mills

Requirements

• Education/Certification
• High school graduate or equivalent

Experience

• 6 years machine shop experience in all phases of machining, including 5 years of CNC experience or journeymen machinist.
• Ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints.
• Ability to work with small precision parts to very close tolerances.
• Capability to use basic inspection tools and techniques.
• Capacity to understand and follow through with verbal or written instructions.Good understanding of shop math.
• Proficient with interpersonal relations, organization and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Light work:Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to30pounds of force frequently, and/or lift, carry, push, pull,or move objects. Standing for 8+ hours per day.
• WorkConditions:Workeris subject to noise, vibration,coolants, andoils.
