Overview

Own the shop. Build precision parts. Lead by example. Phoenix Corporation is hiring an experienced Machinist/Shop Foreman to take ownership of our shop operations while remaining hands-on with machining and fabrication work.

Responsibilities

• Operate conventional CNC mills and lathes (HURCO / FRYER)
• Machine, fabricate, weld, and build assemblies
• Run day-to-day shop operations
• Pack trailers, prep field equipment, manage inventory
• Support field work (25% travel nationwide)

Qualifications

• Proven machinist experience (not entry-level)
• Strong conventional machining skills
• Fabrication & welding experience
• Prior shop lead/foreman or senior machinist background
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Bilingual an added plus
