Reliable Equipment MFG Co. in Warminster, PA is seeking a full-time Machinist / Machine Setup Operator to join a growing team serving the Power and Utility industry.

The role involves setting up and running CNC milling centers, interpreting prints, and ensuring quality through inspections. A background in CNC setup, tooling, and safety is required, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Vo-tech, MFG trade school or equivalent preferred).
• Prior experience with machine tools and equipment.
• Mechanical or technical background.
• Professional knowledge of safety protocols.
• 3+ years operating CNC and setup of machines.
• Horizontal machining experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• NC programming in NC Code.
• Strong sense for MFG design and work-holding.
• Understanding of machine tooling and utilization.
• Knowledge of material properties.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Attentive to detail and capable of multitasking.
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC milling jobs on vertical and horizontal centers.
• Minimize costs and time while producing quality parts to prints.
• Operate multiple machine tools and coordinate with peers.
• Interpret drawings and work orders; document production steps.
• Validate setups, first articles, and machining operations with inspections.
• Deburr, clean, and prepare parts for next operation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and housekeeping in the work center.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
