Qualifications

• Experience with CNC milling and turning.
• Strong setup and programming skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Proficiency with CAM software such as Mastercam.
• Experience with first article inspections.

Responsibilities

• Set up and program CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs.
• Select tooling, feeds, speeds, offsets, and workholding.
• Perform prove-outs and first-piece inspections.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, finish, and tolerance issues.
• Make program adjustments at the machine as needed.
• Use precision measuring equipment to verify finished parts.
• Improve cycle times, tooling performance, and machining efficiency.
• Work with Engineering, Production, and Quality to resolve manufacturing issues.
