Job summary

Arsenal Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a detail-oriented CNC machinist to ensure machine throughput and drive continuous process improvement within the CNC department.

The role requires independence and disciplined work within a team, with responsibility for setup, offsets, tooling, and daily maintenance. Candidates should be able to program at the machine via keypad, create drawings with SolidWorks, and work with SolidCAM for CAM programming.

Qualifications

• Load and unload, make offsets, change tooling, daily maintenance on machines.
• Able to sharpen drills by hand, and tools using fixtures. Load program and setup machine through 1st article inspection.
• Create program at machine through keypad entry.
• Create Engineering Drawings using Computer Aided Design software: SolidWorks SolidCAD experience a plus.
• Create CNC Lathe, Mill and Router programs using Computer Aided Manufacturing software: SolidWorks SolidCAM experience a plus.
• Nine (9) axis Doosan PUMA MX1600ST lathe experience a plus.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Organized, detailed oriented, responsible, punctual, daily assignment flexibility, must be able to lift 50 LBS.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload workpieces and perform offsets and tooling changes.
• Maintain daily machine upkeep and ensure first article inspection readiness.
• Program at the machine via keypad entry and verify setups.
• Produce drawings using CAD software when required and review designs for manufacturability.

Must Be Capable Of

• Passing a thorough background check.
• Passing a thorough drug test, including a hair sampling drug test.

• Benefits: Monday - Friday 7:00 - 3:30, Two paid 15-minute breaks.
