Job summary

PacAero in Norton, MA is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for the second shift. You will operate CNC machinery, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet strict specifications, with hands-on adjustments to tools and setups. The role emphasizes precision, quality, and teamwork.

The position offers a stable schedule on four 10-hour shifts from Mon-Thu, starting at 3:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime as needed. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Machinist in our Carbon Room, where precision and reliability are at the core of everything we do. This full-time position offers a stable schedule on our second shift, working four 10-hour shifts from Monday through Thursday, starting at 3:30 PM. Key Responsibilities

Education and/or experience

High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior CNC experience preferred.

Language skills

Ability to read and understand, business correspondence as it relates to the job function, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Sinclair personnel.

Mathematical skills

Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts.

Reasoning ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
