What you’ll be doing
  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines
  • Produce precision hydraulic manifolds according to job specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
  • Select and install the appropriate tooling and fixtures
  • Make machine adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy
  • Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment
  • Inspect completed parts for dimensional and visual defects
  • Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues
  • Perform routine machine and tooling maintenance
  • Work with different materials and adjust machining methods accordingly
  • Follow production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Communicate production concerns to the Production Lead
