The role will involve determining operation sequences, setting up fixtures, and writing programs for standard and custom runs, while ensuring parts meet specifications. The ideal candidate will read blueprints, handle measuring devices, operate safely, and maintain equipment while attending regularly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Machine components to the proper dimensions and tolerances.
• Determine the sequence of operations and set up requirements. Select proper fixtures, tooling, accessories, and materials to be completed.
• Write programs for standard and special run parts.
• Ensure all parts and components are accurate according to specifications.
• Use and understand various paperwork, including but not limited to schedules, prints, & tech standards.
• Perform general housekeeping and maintenance on equipment.
• Perform extra assignments in other areas and related task assignments within the work area.
• Regular, consistent attendance.
