Job summary

Kelly is hiring a CNC Machinist / Machine Operator in Mogadore, OH. The role runs 7:00am-4:30pm with pay of $25.00-$30.00/hr based on experience. You will write and edit CNC code, set up machines, calculate speeds/feeds, and ensure high-quality parts.

The position requires at least 2 years of CNC Mills experience, blueprint interpretation, and precision measurement skills. Applicants should read blueprints, perform setups independently, and maintain tight tolerances with strong math abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating CNC Mills.
• Ability to program and edit machine code (G & M Codes).
• Proficient use of precision measurement tools.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Strong math skills and analytical abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• Experience in a job shop environment (2 years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Write and edit the majority of machine code.
• Perform all set-ups independently.
• Calculate necessary speeds and feeds.
• Consistently deliver high-quality parts.
• Meet or beat routed production times.
• Proactively identify errors and notify supervisor immediately.
• Set up and run multiple machines when possible.
• Keep machines clean and well maintained; inform management of maintenance issues.
