CNC Machinist/Programmer – Lathe or Mill (Program, Set-up, and Run)

Seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer proficient in Lathe or Mill operations, including programming, setup, and running of machines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Read technical drawings and set up machines according to blueprints.
• Develop CNC programs in an organized and cost-effective manner.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and collaborate with safety teams.
• Perform quality assurance tests to meet design specifications.
• Support quality standards such as AS9100 & ISO.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize production without compromising quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly.
• Machine parts within specified tolerances.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of machining experience.
• Proficiency in manual, conversational, or CAM programming (MasterCam preferred).
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Ability to work independently.
