Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC milling and turning equipment.
• Manufacture precision components from engineering drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering on prototypes and design improvements.
• Identify and select machining equipment, tooling, and processes.
• Support transition of outsourced components to in-house production.
• Perform dimensional inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve efficiency.
• Maintain manufacturing and inspection documentation.
