Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services LLC in Carlisle, PA seeks an experienced CNC Machinist for a direct-hire, 1st shift role in a modern, climate-controlled facility.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of CNC machining experience, be able to read blueprints, and perform CNC setup and operation with Mastercam and/or G-Code.

This position offers competitive pay ($28-$38+/hour DOE) and a comprehensive benefits package with long-term growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CNC machine setup and operation.
• Working knowledge of Mastercam and/or G-Code programming.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and shop mathematics.
• Experience with SolidWorks is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, boring mills, and other machining equipment.
• Perform machining operations according to production specifications and quality requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.
• Utilize Mastercam and/or G-Code programming to support manufacturing operations.
• Conduct machine adjustments and perform routine maintenance as required.
• Inspect completed parts to ensure conformance to specifications and tolerances.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
• Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
