Job summary

Twin Resources LLC is seeking a CNC Programmer/Operator with hands-on experience in programming, running, and controlling CNC machines. The role requires setup, programming, and operation to fabricate parts and fixtures to specifications, deliver high-quality punches and dies, and perform ongoing QA checks.

The candidate should have a high school or technical school diploma, milling experience is a plus, and basic wire and G-code knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school or technical school diploma required. Milling experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of wire and G-code (G54 G00 X0,Y,0)
• Must have personal tools required for machining and inspection such as calipers, setup blocks, wrenches.

Responsibilities

• Setup, program and operate the CNC to specification.
• Fabricate machinery parts and fixtures per drawings.
• Produce and deliver punches, dies and tools as requested.
• Inspect machined parts and perform QA activities.
• Use gauges and micrometers for measurement and inspection.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and proper housekeeping.
• Monitor inventory of tools and supplies and replenish as needed.

Job description

The CNC Programmer/Operator has experience of programming, running and controlling the CNC. Responsibilities:

• Setup, program and operate the CNC properly.
• Fabricate machinery parts and fixtures per given specifications.
• Produce and deliver high quality punches, dies and tools as requested.
• Inspect all machined parts and conduct QA activities.
• Select and utilize a variety of inspection and measurement tools like gauges and micrometers.
• Clean the CNC and perform preventive maintenance on a regular basis.
• Maintain a clean work area to assure a safe working environment.
• Monitor and maintain inventory stock of tools and supplies as needed.

Experience:High school or technical school diploma, milling experience is a plus, Basic wire and Basic g code. (G54 G00 X0,y,0) an equivalent combination of education and experience.
