Job summary

National Mill Maintenance LLC in Birmingham, AL is seeking a qualified CNC Machinist to join our hydraulic shop operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of CNC machining and programming experience and knowledge of hydraulic component repair.

The role is Monday–Friday with potential overtime and a sign-on bonus after 90 days. Responsibilities include designing, programming, and operating CNC lathes and mills, safely running equipment, and inspecting parts with precision instruments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC machining experience
• Must be capable of programming CNC machines
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience with hydraulic component repair is a plus
• Looking for someone experienced, dependable, and able to work independently in a machine shop

National Mill Maintenance is seeking a qualified CNC Machinist to join their team and support the hydraulic shop operations. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of CNC machining/ programming experience and will have experience with hydraulic component repair.

This role will be Monday-Friday with some weekend work as needed. There will be opportunity for overtime, competitive pay and full benefits.

This role will also be eligible for a sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment.

• Operate CNC equipment safely and efficiently
• Make machine adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards
• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience
• Must be capable of programming CNC machines
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience with hydraulic component repair and machining is a plus
• Looking for someone who is experienced, dependable, and capable of working independently in a machine shop environment
• Valid driver's license and driving record in good standing
