Job summary

Express Employment in Aberdeen, WA, is seeking a CNC Machinist to program, set up and operate CNC machines and machining centers to produce components per engineering drawings. You will review set up sheets, select tooling, and verify parts through first-article and routine inspections, while collaborating with engineering to resolve issues.

Required AA degree in Machining Technology or three years related experience; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• AA degree in Machining Technology or three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret set up sheets.
• Experience operating CNC machines and performing in-process inspection.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up and operate CNC machines to produce components per drawings.
• Set up machines according to Set Up Sheets for production parts.
• Perform first-article and routine inspections to verify conformance.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve manufacturing issues.
