Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, CNC Operator, Press Brake Operator, Turret Operator, Fabrication Technician, or Machine Operator.
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, press brakes, turret presses, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production specifications.
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and process adjustments.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Monitor product quality and maintain production standards.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Support fabrication and production operations as needed.
