Job summary

Industrious Group is seeking a CNC Machinist II responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision turbine components. You will interpret drawings, select tooling, and ensure quality and safety standards are met while collaborating with engineering and production teams to meet schedules.

The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and commitment to quality in a manufacturing environment with heavy machinery and inspections.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Ability to set up and adjust CNC machines for high-precision parts.
• Ability to edit and optimize CNC programs for VBM/HBM machines.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-precision turbine components.
• Interpret drawings and select tooling to ensure part accuracy and surface finish.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet schedules.
