Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: 1 year CNC setup/operation experience.
• Strong communication and reliability.
• Basic understanding of cutting tools, GD&T, fixtures, CMM results, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, turning centers, and related machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Program CNC equipment and adjust tooling fixtures.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and accurate work records.
