Job summary

Trillium Staffing in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a team specializing in engineered pump repair for the power generation industry. This full-time, direct-hire role offers a competitive pay rate and long-term opportunity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC vertical and horizontal mills.
• Strong blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation skills.
• Solid setup experience.
• CAM programming experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC vertical and horizontal milling machines.
• Machine, repair, and modify industrial pump components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Perform precision machining while maintaining tight tolerances.
• Troubleshoot setups, tooling, and machining challenges.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and specifications are met.
