Job summary

The role demands reading blueprints, using precision measuring tools, and maintaining a clean, organized work area while collaborating with other departments to boost efficiency. You will produce per specifications, program equipment to drawings, and adjust processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machines (Mill).
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
• Effective communication skills.
• Self-starter with minimal guidance.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Produce products in accordance with specified requirements.
• Program equipment to meet drawings and other requirements.
• Make offset and program changes to improve efficiency.
• Keep the work area neat and orderly.
• Keep equipment oiled and lubrication levels maintained.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve high efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager/supervisor.
