Boiler Tube Company of America is seeking a skilled Machinist to set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools to fabricate, modify, and repair components used in the manufacturing of pressure parts, boiler components, and related equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, be committed to safety and quality, and work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Set up and operate lathes, mills, drill presses, grinders, and other machine tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Measure and inspect parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Machine parts to required tolerances and specifications.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Verify dimensions and quality of finished products.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
