Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing operator to run basic machinery following SOPs and safety rules. You will load/unload materials, monitor operations, perform routine checks, and keep the workspace clean and compliant with policies.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, basic math skills, and the ability to work well in a team; English fluency is required for local operations. Prior manufacturing exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates basic machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Loads and unloads materials into machinery.
• Monitors machine operations and reports any issues to the supervisor.
• Performs routine checks and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Adheres to all safety and company policies.
• Troubleshoots machine issues.
• Assists Production Operator III’s with complex machinery processes.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
