Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a CNC Machinist to join a small team in Grand Rapids, MI. You will set up and operate CNC machines to produce custom metal manifolds and measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of CNC machining experience, strong math and reading blueprints, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The role is on-site with a first shift, potential overtime, and a pay rate of $30 per hour and BOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNC machining experience with metal.
• Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong math and measuring skills, with the ability to read technical drawings.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce custom metal manifolds according to specifications.
