Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to program CNC machines from 3D models and prints.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic shop math.
• Experience with in-process inspections and tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with engineering and quality.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product to be machined in fixtures and operations.
• Perform basic deburr and finishing operations.
• Record data for tracking performance and updating schedules.
• Maintain machines with daily preventive maintenance checks.
• Adhere to 6S and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate priorities and irregularities across shifts.
