Qualifications

• Basic CNC programming and CAM software familiarity.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers).

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.
• Select tooling, fixtures, and work-holding devices for each job.
• Write and modify G-code and M-code programs.
• Verify dimensions of machined parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain part quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Train and mentor CNC operators as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of setups, programs, and processes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes.
