You will operate state-of-the-art multi-axis CNC machinery, perform in-process inspections, read blueprints, and maintain quality data while adhering to safety and Brunk attire requirements.

Qualifications

• Two years of verifiable machining experience.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Work is in a manufacturing setting with noise and some grinding dust.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull 100 to 2500 lbs using die carts.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Must wear protective shoes, safety glasses, ear protection while working around loud noises.
• Must wear Brunk approved attire

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and quality on all jobs.
• Perform in-process inspections.
• Operate and understand the machinery within the department.
• Perform mathematical and geometric functions and possess mechanical aptitude.
• Read blueprints and work with various software.
• Record data on tool and machine maintenance.
• Measure components and record in quality system.
• Cooperate with other employees to satisfy the job requirements.
• Possess tools of the trade.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintain a tidy and clean workstation
