The ideal candidate has 2 years of CNC experience, reads blueprints, and is computer literate. Haas or Mazak experience is preferred, with regular overtime on the night shift.

Qualifications

• Haas or Mazak experience preferred.
• Must possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints in standard and metric.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

Weisgram Metal Fab (WMF) is a family-owned metal fabrication business founded in 1982, located in West Fargo, ND. WMF specializes in producing high quality parts and components for the agricultural, construction, and transportation industries utilizing cutting edge technology and equipment.

CNC Machinist:

We are seeking applicants for an experienced CNC Machinist position on our night shift.

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

• Operates production machining equipment such as vertical mills and turning centers
• Performs CNC machine setups to ensure quality and the most efficient production processes
• Responds to problems with machinery and makes repairs that are necessary to keep production flowing
• Performs and records quality assurance checks on parts per Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR)
• Makes offset adjustments and changes carbide inserts when needed
• Performs part programming on CNC controls when required

CNC Machinist Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience operating CNC mills and turning centers required
• 2 year technical school degree preferred
• Haas or Mazak experience preferred
• Must possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints in standard and metric
• Must be computer literate

Night Shift:

• Night shift hours are from 5:30pm-6:00am, Monday through Thursday and Friday hours will vary
• We are routinely on an overtime schedule
