What Will You Do?

• Manufacture metallic and non-metallic precision components using 3 to 5 axis CNC lathes and mills in a temperature-controlled indoor facility.
• Operators are responsible for setup, operation, following work procedures, completing inspection reports, performing operator preventative maintenance, adhering to safety protocols, and working well with others.
• Work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision, use complex equipment, make minor decisions, and support 5S principles.
• Support overtime or weekend work as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

Standing for most of the shift, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds (above 50 pounds with equipment), frequent bending, stooping, pulling, pushing, and good vision for close and distance tasks.

Your Experience Should Be...

• Proficient in reading and legible writing, respectful communication, good job performance, positive attitude, and teamwork.
• Understanding and promoting safety standards, with CNC machining experience preferred.
• No travel required, but potential training travel may occur.
