You will read blueprints, use GD&T, and perform inspections with calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment. High school diploma or GED required; machining experience preferred. Safety and quality are top priorities in daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred 1 year of experience in manufacturing / machining.
• Ability to read work instructions and blueprints with GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Program, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines, especially multi-axis lathes.
• Read and interpret work instructions, dimensions, tolerances, and tooling instructions.
• Inspect parts for conformance using calipers, micrometers, CMM, and other gauges.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain production flow.
• Report labor time, part counts, and status in the production system.
• Maintain housekeeping and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Adhere to safety policies and quality plans.
• Seek guidance from senior machinists or supervisors as needed.
• Assist with daily work assignments and complete tasks as directed.
