Qualifications

• Experience with multi-axis CNC machines.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and advanced mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts.
• Set up machines and monitor operations for abnormalities.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications.

Skills

Experience with multi-axis CNC machines

Familiarity with CAD/CAM software

Experience working with conversational CNC machines

Background in continuous improvement or lean manufacturing methodologies

In-depth knowledge of G Code programming

Able to train and/or mentor others

Education

2+ years of related experience

Tools

Precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
