Job Overview

Manufacture CNC parts to include in Ripley Products.

A Day In The Life

• Operate and set up various machinery including:
• Manual Knee Mill
• Lathe
• Drill press
• Surface grinder
• CNC Milling machines (operate only)

Inspect own work using inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauge, and optical comparator.

Maintain quality and production standards.

Perform secondary operations as required.

Read blueprints.

Work with engineering to support product development.

Incorporate lean practices into daily activities.

Participate in continuous improvement teams.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Willing to work overtime.
