Job Overview

Manufacture CNC parts to include in Ripley Products.

A Day In The Life
  • Operate and set up various machinery including:
    • Manual Knee Mill
    • Lathe
    • Drill press
    • Surface grinder
    • CNC Milling machines (operate only)
  • Inspect own work using inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauge, and optical comparator.
  • Maintain quality and production standards.
  • Perform secondary operations as required.
  • Read blueprints.
  • Work with engineering to support product development.
  • Incorporate lean practices into daily activities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement teams.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
  • Willing to work overtime.
  • What will help you thrive in this role?
