Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC machining experience.
• Strong ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with Mazak CNC programming.
• Ability to set up and operate CNC lathes and machining centers.
• Attention to detail and quality adherence.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and/or machining centers.
• Create and modify CNC programs using Mazatrol or G-code and machine controls.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, GD&T requirements, and manufacturing instructions.
• Select proper tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining strategies to achieve quality and efficiency goals.
• Perform machine setups, tool changes, offsets, and first-piece inspections.
• Fabricate tooling, as needed.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make process improvements.
• Inspect completed parts using precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation including setup sheets, inspection records, and process notes.
• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
