Job description

Wage Scale: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour + 10% Shift differential+ $5K Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 5 – 8-hour shifts | Overtime available

Are you an experienced CNC Machinist ready to take on complex machining challenges? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision and innovation drive success? If so, we want YOU to join our team!

What You’ll Do:
  • Independently execute advanced CNC machining and programming
  • Design and implement custom fixtures for production efficiency
  • Apply advanced lathe and true 5th axis machining techniques
  • Collaborate with Project Managers on time, cost, and scope planning
  • Mentor and train junior machinists to elevate team performance

What We’re Looking For:
  • 5-7 years of relevant CNC Machining, setup and programming experience.
  • Expertise in 2D/3D programming and multi-axis machining
  • Strong knowledge of lathe operations, complex fixturing, and high-tolerance machining
  • Proficiency with Fusion 360 or related CAM software
  • Team player with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Physical & Work Environment:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Exposure to machining components, coolants, and airborne particles
  • Moderate to extreme noise conditions—hearing protection provided as needed
