Position Summary:
Level Two: Building upon level one, with minimal assistance, level two machinists operate 3-5 axis CNC machines. They are responsible for basic machine setup, including preparing and setting up fixtures and cutting tools, loading and adjusting CNC programs and offsets. They should be capable of using advanced quality inspection tools like height and air gauges and conducting bench inspections, including part buy-off. Basic knowledge of CNC G and M codes is required. Typically, 2-4 years of experience is expected.

The pay range for this role is $25.50 to $31.53 USD hourly, based on various factors. The role is eligible for the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid at a 1X bonus multiple based on performance. Employees receive 96 hours of paid time off annually, 10 paid holidays, and access to medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
This position involves access to controlled information under U.S. export control laws (ITAR and EAR). Applicants must be U.S. Persons or authorized to work with controlled information under a license or permission.
The role is eligible for the Company’s Long-Term Incentive Program.
