Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a versatile CNC Machinist/Production Technician for 1st shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM). The role blends running fabrication machinery with hands-on production assembly, with a transition to a full CNC machining focus in 3–6 months at a growing Missouri facility.

The position offers health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off, with overtime possible on demand. Requires 3–5 years’ machining experience and HS diploma.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience operating CNC equipment (laser, waterjet, mills, lathes, or hydraulic benders/press brakes).
• Materials: Familiarity working with stainless steel and aluminum.
• Attributes: Positive attitude, reliable, team player, and comfortable working in a growing facility.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a 30 kW CNC laser cutter and hydraulic press brake to cut and bend stainless steel and aluminum parts.
• Maintain high efficiency and meet tolerances with minimal material waste.
• Perform secondary assembly and cross-functional production tasks as needed.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of machined parts.
