H. T. PROF Group is seeking a responsible CNC Machinist (Large-Parts) for a 2nd shift.

The role requires setting up and operating CNC machining centers, reading blueprints, selecting tools, and adjusting feeds and speeds. Candidates should have 2–3 years of CNC Lathe/Turning or CNC Swiss experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. The position is full-time with a direct placement path and a pay range of $24–$33 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience with CNC Lathe / Turning and CNC Swiss.
• High School diploma or GED or Vocational School Training required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and operate overhead cranes when needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Machining Centers.
• Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot controllers or processes.
• Work from blueprints and required specifications.
• Select tools and set feeds and speeds for machining operations.
• Perform inspection of machined parts using precision hand tools.
• Maintain a clean work environment and shop floor; reorder tools as needed.
• Work independently with minimal supervision; lift weight up to 70 lbs.

Our client is looking for a responsible CNC Machinist (large parts). This a contract to permanent / direct placement position with our key manufacturing client. To be considered for this role, you will need a High School diploma or equivalentas well as 2-3 years of experience with CNC Lathe / Turning, CNC Swiss.

Set up and operate CNC Machining Centers. Performs Machine Adjustments and Troubleshoots Controllers / Machines / Processes. Works from Blueprint Requirements. Selects Tools, Sets Feeds and Speeds. Perform Inspection of Machined Parts using Precision Hand Tools. Able to work Independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. Operates Overhead Cranes for Large-Part Manufacturing. Maintains a clean work environment and Shop Floor (Tools, Equipment, Machines, etc.) Re-orders Tools as needed. Requirements 2-3 Years of Experience with CNC Milling, CNC Lathe / Turning, CNC Swiss High School Diploma OR GED OR Vocational School Training Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
