Overview

The CNC Machinist IV performs routine maintenance, conducts quality work checks, and sets up equipment while adhering to safety rules. They also address production inefficiencies and maintain necessary documentation.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment
  • Perform quality work checks to ensure your machine is producing quality standards
  • Maintain required production and quality documentation
  • Adhere to all safety rules and use required protective equipment
  • Assist in inspection of finished machine parts
  • Verify dimensions of machine parts using precision measuring instruments
  • Set up and run the first part after completion of machine setup
  • Select tools and design fixtures to support the creation and modification of CNC programs
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum of five (5) years experience in area of responsibility

High School (High school diploma) or GED

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain a U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
  • Pay Range: $28.03 - $34.35 per hour. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
